Registration Deadlines and Cancellation Policy

All registrations must be made before Friday 7th October 2016 at the latest. Registrations made after this date may not be guaranteed.

The last date for cancellations is Thursday 20th October 2016. Cancellations received after this date will be charged the conference fee in full.

Conference Fees and Payment

The Conference Fee is US$1,200 which will be payable upon arrival at the hotel.

The Conference Fee includes:

• Meeting package, conference speakers and materials
• Attendance at the welcome reception on the evening of Sunday 23rd October
• Attendance at the awards dinner on the evening of Monday 24th October

The Conference Fee does not include:

• Accommodation costs
• Travel costs to and from Hong Kong, including transfers. You should book and pay for your own travel arrangements.
• Any incidental charges during your stay are additional and should be settled upon departure.

If you are attending the conference but live locally and are therefore do not require accommodation, please note you will still need to complete the registration. If you live locally but wish to stay 1-2 nights please use the accommodation booking link you will receive once you complete the registration.

Upon completion of this registration form you will receive a link to book your accommodation directly with the hotel at the contracted conference rate. Please book your accommodation as soon as possible.

Dress Code

The dress code throughout the conference, including the welcome reception, is Smart Casual, jeans are acceptable.

The dress code for the awards dinner will be communicated at a later date.
