A special rate of HKD$2,500 has been negotiated at the conference hotel for the nights of 23-24 October. Please make your reservation as soon as possible.

Travel Guidance
The conference will start with a Welcome Reception at 19:30 on Sunday 23rd October. Attendance is mandatory for all attendees. Please ensure you plan your travel to arrive before this time.
The conference ends with closing remarks at 16:30 on Tuesday 25th October. You should plan your departures for Tuesday 25th October after 19:00 or Wednesday 26th October.

The quickest and cheapest way to travel to the hotel once you arrive in Hong Kong is by Metro (MTR). Take the Hong Kong Airport Express to the Kowloon Station. The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong is right above the Kowloon Station.
